"Absolutely the worst State Farm agency in town. My first experience moving from another state was receiving a recommendation from John to remove a vehicle on my policy for savings. Shortly after I received a letter stating my license would be suspended. When I called to speak with John I was not offered an apology. Since then the service has been putrid and my fiancé was blatantly lied to about his premium. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT TRUST JOHN!!!"

"I called due to a change in my monthly statement. I was told by John my premium was increased just for one month due to a missed payment but would revert back to the normal payment the following month. This month, the statement is the same. I’ve been increasingly frustrated with this State Farm office due to an inability to make changes to my policy and lack of transparency within both the app and the actual office with my billing. I will be changing coverage and do not recommend conducting business with this location."
